Results supply parcel facts, the situs address, taxpayer mailing address, values, characteristics, and sales history. A situs address is the physical location. The mailing address is where tax notices go and may differ.
The public web form does not search by owner name. That mode is available on computers in the Joint Lobby Self-Service area. Online work thus runs from address to parcel, while a name-to-property search needs the lobby or another official trail.

MapsOnline adds parcel lines, zoning, jurisdiction, address-grid, permit, and code-case layers. Its Find Parcel panel accepts a tax parcel number, house number, or street address. Historic aerial views reach back to 1955, with several later years. They can show whether a present street or building existed when an older directory was printed. If it did not, pivot to the parent parcel, rural route, or legal description.

A typical result can show the indexed party and role, document type, recording date, recording number, book and page, parcel ID, abbreviated legal description, and an image link when one is available. A deed name does not by itself prove current residence. Compare it with the Assessor’s current parcel facts, the mailing address, and later transfers. Liens also use different party roles, so read the field label before drawing a conclusion.
Search Five Corners Court Records
Five Corners has no municipal court. Clark County District Court handles lower-level criminal, traffic, protection, and limited civil matters. Superior Court handles felonies, probate, domestic cases, guardianships, and larger civil cases. A docket is the event and filing log, not the file itself. Public images can be reviewed on Clerk lobby OnBase terminals, ordered from the Clerk, or reached through a paid OnBase subscription. Sealed files and protected juvenile, adoption, and some family material are limited.

Odyssey can be narrowed by court location, filed dates, case type, status, and search type. Party searches can use first, middle, and last name, while business names use a separate mode. A wildcard may help with partial spelling. Removed or inactive parties may not appear under a name even when the case remains available by number. For older Clark files, the Clerk’s microfilm and copy desk are essential because civil and criminal runs before 1996 are not uniformly digital.
Five Corners Request Portal Fallback
When an administrative county record is missing online, use Clark County’s request portal. Name the department, record type, date range, person, address, case, parcel, and desired format. The Washington Public Records Act covers identifiable existing agency records. It does not require staff to create a report or answer a broad research question.
RCW 42.56.520 requires a response within five business days through production, an estimate, clarification, or a denial with reasons. That is not always a completion deadline. Court documents normally go through the Clerk’s court-copy route.

Clark County reported a countywide active count, not a Five Corners row, so any CDP estimate must reconcile precinct geography with census boundaries.

Search the published county entries by name or department. Results help route a question to the office that creates or keeps the needed file. An omitted entry does not prove that a person lacks a county role because public lists can be incomplete and agency practices differ.
